Franklyn Yates Engineering is an experienced Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (MEICA) company with extensive experience in water and waste water, power, petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical sectors.

Health and Safety
Franklyn Yates Engineering understands the importance of excellent health and safety, and this is managed by our internal processes to ensure we are compliant with legislation as well as considering the wellbeing of our employees through regular health surveillance. We ensure that we have competent staff trained with appropriate qualifications to cover any risk assessed need. This high level of commitment to health and safety was rewarded with our accreditation with BS OHSAS 18001:2007 – Occupational Health and Safety. Sustainability and the Environment
The commitment to environmental objectives is at the centre of the company culture and processes. Franklyn Yates Engineering has achieved Environmental Management Systems accreditation (BN ES SO 14001:2004) and takes a pro-active management approach to reducing waste, increasing the re-use of materials, whilst reducing the reliance on non-renewable resources. We believe we have a duty to support the environment for the benefit of future generations.
We strive to work only with suppliers and subcontractors that share the same values as us. We work closely with our suppliers in making continuous improvements through lean principles.

Franklyn Yates Engineering has full Quality Management Systems accreditation (BS EN ISO 9001:2008) - the control and management of our quality system is fundamental to our processes.
Quality management is achieved using clear, concise and accurate information to ensure that errors are avoided. We utilise our audits as a means of highlighting areas of improvement and adopting best practice.
